A product from CircleRootTech · HOA community app

Your HOA runs on group texts and hope. There's a better way.

The Grove replaces the scattered group texts, buried emails, and paper flyers on a mailbox kiosk with one app — announcements, maintenance requests, documents, dues, safety, and lost pets, all in the place every resident already checks: their phone.

01 · The problem you already know

You've had this conversation. Probably this month.

A resident says they never saw the announcement. Someone else is still waiting three weeks later on a maintenance request that went into an email and never came back out. The board president is the only one who knows where the governing documents actually live. None of this is anyone's fault — it's just what happens when a neighborhood runs on whatever tool was already lying around.

  • Announcements get lost in the noise. A group text that residents mute after the third notification isn't a communication system — it's the thing standing between the board and the people it needs to reach.
  • Maintenance requests disappear into email. No status, no confirmation it was seen, no way for the board to know what's actually open.
  • Nobody can find the documents. Bylaws, budgets, meeting minutes — technically "available," practically buried in a shared drive half the board has never opened.

02 · What's inside

Six tabs. Everything a neighborhood needs.

Built around how residents and boards actually use their phones — quick to check, quick to post, nothing buried three menus deep.

Home

A dashboard greeting, live local weather, neighborhood reminders (trash day, quiet hours), and quick actions for the things residents do most.

Community

Announcements and events in one switchable view. Board members post directly from the app; residents get it the moment it's posted.

Docs

Governing documents, financials, forms, and meeting minutes — filterable, searchable, and finally in a place residents can actually find them.

Issues

Maintenance requests, submitted and tracked with real status — open, in progress, resolved. No more lost emails or "did anyone see my message?"

Safety

Emergency contacts, safety tips, and a lost & found for neighborhood pets — because a missing dog deserves better than a group text.

Account

Resident profile, notification controls, and community info — plus a full board admin panel for the people running the HOA.

03 · How it works

Set up in one meeting, not one quarter.

There's no procurement process. I can set your community up on the spot, hand your board the join code, and residents can be in the app the same week.

Multi-community architecture · each community's data fully isolated

1The board picks a plan — free to start, for up to 50 units.
2Residents join with a simple code. No accounts to create by hand.
3The board posts once — announcements, documents, and events reach every resident.
One app, not four. Dues, maintenance, safety, and lost pets, all in the same place.

04 · Where it actually stands

This isn't a mockup. It's built and running.

I could write a page that just says "coming soon." Here's the real state of it instead — the same way I'd tell your board in the room.

The app, the backend, and the security rules are live. Boards can post, residents can use every core screen today. What's still ahead: in-app dues payment, document upload from inside the app, and the App Store build — all on the near-term roadmap.
